DIY - Lace Chain Bracelet

We love a simple spring project here at Jewelry From Home so for today's tutorial we're showing you how to make really sweet lace and chain bracelets. We're so inspired by all things pretty at the moment (can you tell?!) and these little beauties are no exception. They require very little in materials which is perfect for all you beginners out there just building up a findings stash. We have added some large seed beads to give a bit of color and depth but you could always add charms if you don't want to sew the beads on, just have fun with the colours and you won't go wrong.

You'll need - Curb chain, 1x 7mm jump ring, 1 x 5mm jump ring, bolt ring, lace, seed beads, needle and thread

Step 1. Cut off lengths of chain the width of your wrist plus 1cm. Add a bolt ring to one end and a 7mm to the other.

Step 2. Cut a piece of lace the same length as the chain

Step 3. Using a needle and thread stitch your chain to your lace. Once you get to the end, make sure you fasten off tightly

Step 4. Stitch your seed beads into place along the lace. You can add as many or as few as you like.

What do you think, will you be giving these a go?  They look lovely in fresh spring colors, pretty pinks, spring greens and pearls would also be a great alternative color combination. With Easter coming up they would make the perfect gift for all your favorite people, wrap them in some tissue and you have a gift that last longer than chocolate*.
